Attached is the “Warm-Up” schedule for the 2008 Big Blue Lacrosse Team.  You should be doing these at home regularly.  Our goal is to be able to complete the entire cycle in under 20 mins.

Ladies - some rules changes this year -

• Body Ball - remember when the ball would hit you and the umpire would blow the whistle and give the ball to the other team.  Well no more.  Now the rule has changed and if the ball hits someone, unless was on purpose there is no whistle and you just continue to play.  It the umpire thinks it is on purpose - then the ball will be given to the other team on a minor foul.
• Sticks in the goalie circle - you may have heard the high school is allowed to put their sticks on the goal circle on a shot.  Well that is true.  But this is not allowed for the youth players.  No change in the rules from last year on this.
